You can return your product to us if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of purchase. Just make sure your product is unused and in its original packaging and you have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note.

How to Return
If you are within the 14-day refund policy period and would like to request a refund, please contact Customer Service by email on: email@example.com
Please note, you will be required to provide the following details when requesting a refund:
- Reason for return
- Product(s) to be returned
- Order Number
- Quantity of items to be returned
- Collection address
If you are outside the 14-day refund policy period and the reason for your refund request is due to a technical or quality issue then please contact Technical Support :firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you submit all the required information to Customer Service it can take up to 5 working days to generate a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number and send this back to you.
At the same time as providing you with the RMA number we will send you details about your collection date and details for packaging and labelling the parcel.
Once the product has been collected it can take up to 2 working days to be returned to the warehouse.
Your return will then be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
